I think the strategic alliance will involve selling the licensing of yowie to someone else.
They look after the marketing and brand development.
Someone else will look after production and distribution, logistics.
Yowie just doesn't have the scale in a global economy.
Focus on the niche let others do the stuff that requires scale.
