Yes it was all "me too" from Rudd and all his Labor shadow ministers before the '07 election; even Swan said "me too" when asked about supporting Costello's planned tax cuts and other budget measures which nearly caused Peter to faint; such was this shock he was caught speechless when the interviewer crossed back to him.
Of course if you are Labor and have plans to spend-like-a-drunken-sailor-on-leave, after the election why not say "me too" and avoid making up policies you have no intention to stick too.
As Peter Garrett foolishly admitted at the time, "we will change all that after the election" or similar words to that effect.
