Sent yet another email to R.S...in part..
Mr.Sciano,
Let me preface this by saying that I am a long term holder of GDN .
This is not the first email I have sent to GDN, and I guess, until management come forth with an open,forthright and honest report on the activities of GDN it wont be the last.
I would like to point out JUST 2 of the misleading announcements made in the last few months.

Paradox Basin #2 Well

It is planned that drilling of the follow-up Paradox #2 well will begin in early October, contingent

upon grant of the Application for Permit to Drill.

(The application wasn’t MADE till 15th Sept.!!)



UTAH URANIUM PROJECT AND IPO

A timetable for the release of the prospectus (including shareholders’ entitlement record date) is

expected to be finalised this week. The release of the timetable has been awaiting the completion

of legal and technical due diligence that forms part of the IPO prospectus.

No major or unexpected issues have arisen from the due diligence studies so far.

(It is now 24th of SEPTEMBER!! Where is the timetable??)

Down hole gauges were set in the well prior to shut-in and will be retrieved in early September.

(It is now LATE September!!)



This sort of reporting can not go on.

I urge you make a full announcement with answers to questions like..



1. Full results of Paradox 1 and its commecial viabilty as a gas producer.

2. Conclusions and plans for oil column in Paradox 1.

3. Date for spudding of Paradox 2 and companies expectations of that well.

4. Date for entitlements for uranium spinoff.

5. Date and timetable for uranium spinoff prospectus and listing on the ASX

6. Latest update for iron ore venture.

7. Financial position of the company at this point in time.
