    and that my friend
    is just your opinion

Sometimes it is not a question of competence..but experience
I'd rather be lost in the bush with an old bushie than can't read
    than a biology graduate

Unfortunately too much emphasis is placed on knowledge
and very little on wisdom and that is why "common sense" is left out of any climate debate

You may say a monkey is stupid because it can't swim
and a dolphin is incompetent because it can't climb a tree
and that my friend is bias

So who knows more about our environment - the people that live on the land
but we choose to listen to people that make decisions from their ivory towers and use terms like Dunning Kruger
and totally clueless about what make this Australian environment tick

That's why we have destructive bush fires and can't supply water to those that need it.

What's really amusing is that we have people that want to change the earth's climate by minimising one of nature's great building blocks but can't find a solution to recycling what is really killing this planet - plastic pollution.

That's the difference between knowledge and wisdom
and my money is on wisdom.
