I really see the court case as irrelevent. If Hank wins and gets his $6.9 mill, that's pretty much worst case. Market cap has fallen over $100 m. Seems a bit overdone to me. Wrapping machines cost $400K.
It's a new factory with better margins. Hank has done business with many large chocolate companies and all have dumped him within 12 months. I think Yowie would be close to his longest serving customer. Says more about Hank IMO than us. Even his ill sister is gunning for him. He was the devil we needed at the time but a bad partner should be dumped ASAP so I'm happy we're rid of him.
Would like to see better communication from management but with a legal case pending it's probably not possible at the moment.
Interesting times provide opportunities...this looks like one of those times.
