what I also like is the reference to the allegation that ACC claims are "barred or diminished due to the doctrine of unclean hands."
I think that is a reference to the antics that went on between the Defendants, ACC , WCC, the sister, and the various directors and boards.
According to the sister's claims, the Defendants allegedly took actions re Yowie contract, Yowie payments, withheld funds, denied access to funds, did not get various board approvals, and allegedly improperly dealt with assets.
So I sounds like Yow may well claim that ACC does not have the right to even bring these claims, or maybe even be recipient of any damages I guess, as it got access to the Yowie business by dint of "unclean hands" ??
