I'm pleased to hear you're also fortunate enough to enjoy grandkids of whom you are very proud.
It's of great concern to some of us that not only have young people been collectively targeted for un-heralded CUTS in the budget, but that Abbott and his senior ministers have been shooting their mouths off demonising and denigrating them as spoiled brats, dole bludgers, loafers, a drain on the public purse and taking advantage of the age of entitlement.
Labelling and targeting groups like that alienates them!
Violence should never be tolerated; but we shouldn't forget that Tony Abbott was no angel himself as a university student. HE even faced charges in court as a consequence.
As for that suggestion about consultation, well I'd normally consider that a very good one; but we all know what Abbott's understanding of 'consultation' is - wherein HE tells other people what HE is going to do and unless it's in writing HE still reserves the right to do exactly the opposite if it suits him.
