It would appear that some here haven't grasped the simple fact that GCN and P1 are separate entities, each free to get on with whatever sort of business they choose. The fact that P1, may in time dwarf GCN seems to have escaped the thinking - yet GCN still own 50% of the company.

A bit like a medium sized store owning half of the Myer chain because they were early arrivals to the register of that business. This is the potential, given the size of the China market in front of them.
