Kenton, not sure what you're confused about, but people who held a certain amount of GCN shares as of a certain date back in October... 24th? on that date those people were eligible to receive a certain amount of P1 shares when P1 lists (they have not listed yet, today's valuation Ann is just a step in the process).
I highly doubt any buyer with at least a minimal amount of intelligence would still think that by buying GCN shares recently, they would be entitled to free P1 shares. It was all laid out extremely clearly in the ANN's at the time.
