I found it strange that a company that said to have worth $270m are givng out free shares, lisitng without book build and having exactly the same valuation (30c) as in August when 15% of free P1 shares was offered to GCN holding, in effect giving away 40.5m to 877 shareholders.

Unless this money is made from air, who would give $40.5m free money just to get more than 500 SH on the register to avoid the requirement of prospectus?

As they say, if it's too good to be true, it is too good to be true.
