and they were so hell bent on making the valuation as low as possible, to cover their rears how would they have valued China gateway.

we could see the China gateway worth many times current valuation.

this could be worth half a bill to GCN annually,
when I see details I will do some calculations,

I could not discount it as much as these valuers did though

0.3% take up, and then take 20% off that again.
what is the take up rate is 2%, that is a very low take up,

that is $1.80 and that is without China added to it.

If I was a trader and seen this I would keep profits in stock and put them away and look at them in 6 months.
