I have a few steers and the burgers are from the worst types which are not well fed, but still certified as Angus - don't believe the hype. Any hamburger meat is probably from the Angus certified starving NT critters that wander the desert.

Hereford is just as good - all depends on the feed and source and definitely, any hamburger meat is laced with the MSG/salt/spices/fat etc to make it taste okay - it's not the breed.

It's all marketing.
