My guess, because of the delays VNX will be required to file and issue audited financials for the six months ended 31 Dec 15. This should not delay the listing process, but who knows what ASX is demanding?.
Quite possible Vonex has not been audited previously so maybe quite a bit of external consulting ensuring policies and presentation of FS meets requirements of a listed company. These processes invariably cause significant delays in the filing process.
