    in fairness the budget in its entirety hasn't been released. we don't yet know the interconnectedness of how it will work in with the govt plan.

    personally imo Chalmers is doing a pretty fair job as Treasurer. whats letting the Govt down is the inconsistency in emissions reductions and energy and housing builds.

    they've seriously ***kedup the emissions by going open slather on coal and gas mining.

    yes its a charade. a farce to cover up and hide the status quo decisions left over from the LNP govt. they lack courage to make sensible, serious and much needed reforms to immigration, resources extraction (No sign yet of resources processing being announced), and energy production.

    with less than 12 months remaining they really need to get their act together for this last leg of the term. they need to start picking some goals if they're to regain the lost support.

    imo they're failing on too many levels.

    so I'm hoping for the election to produce reduced Labor seats, as well as reduced Liberal seats, retained with independent candidates winning more seats in the House.
