That's correct in a manner of speaking, but wrong. The figure was derived from a direct request by Joe Hockey to Treasury in preparation for his myefo statement at the end of 2013 a few months after Labor lost power and included Joe's own parameters, not those of the former Government.
Again, if you honestly think you are right, then find the figure. I supplied the appropriate 2013 budget papers to you, just find it.
Eventually, you should accept that Joe Hockey created the figure. It helped him justify his austere budget six months later, as I said before.
