It will either be an r factor or a % on a sliding scale V production. The Senegal example is % based, the Mozambique is R factor. Fact is you can not apply an arbitrary % in any case as the % are of profit oil not of what is produced. I imagine IF we get a discovery that this will be immensely profitable as the gov get paid based on what is produced and global prices and we can value add by going gas to power.
