It's not exactly what Scott said but Woody is alluding to one of the old webinars. What Scott actually was referring to was a discussion with some farm in partners where they discussed IVZs internal numbers compared to the independent numbers and the (then) potential farm in partners told them not to shy away from their internal numbers. He never said the independent estimate was higher and he asked them to reduce it. All he ever said was that he found the independent estimate overly conservative.
