Yes I have. I literally went to the best dietitians there are and herbalist/naturalists, Chinese medicines for years who gave me acupuncture and herbal teas etc. to no avail.

Being part of the psoriosis communities online I came to realise that very very few people get help from their diet to any resonable degree. It can help a bit yes but it certainly doesn't make it bareable. Thankfully these new biologics have been invented and they work for me and many other people. Yes they are scary and they can give you very bad diseases but it's worth the risk in my eyes. I hope a vaccine gets invented or a cure so we would not have to endure these diseases.
