Look at the history of the plague etc in England,the wealthy healthy people were not the ones dying
The vector for the plague was the flea on the rat [not the canine flea] and these people you refer to did not live in rat infested hovels.
If anti-vax became mainstream these infectious diseases would again kill thousands in the west. Would you like to watch a child die of whooping cough? I believe it is gut wrenching to do so.
