They already are. It's called land and property titles. These are enforced anew everyday. Do you imagine that your property titles would still be valid in the morning, if the entire state apparatus were to be abolished tonight?
So rentier profits coming in every week for simply owning a legal title to what was provided by nature, this is OK in your opinion, and not to be confused with welfare, or the nanny state?
