If your criteria to accept a trial is to infect everyone with the live virus to see if the vaccine is successful in preventing disease, there will never be trials for vaccines for polio, measles, tetanus, hepatitis and so on.

Oh. Wait. Since people like you believe vaccines do not work, how about you volunteer to be infected with the live virus versus a group of vaccinated people against something like polio. Or tetanus.
