Antibiotics kill the bacterium that causes whooping cough.
The problem is that giving antibiotics once the whooping starts is too late.
However, at least the causative organism can be removed from the patient.
As opposed to homeopathic remedies where you do nothing to remove the underlying cause.
Perhaps you believe differently?
