Whooping cough runs it's course with or without whichever medication chosen. As I understand it anti-biotics are given to prevent complications such as pneumonia, they cannot remove the underlying cause or stop the patient being contagious.... if they could then there would be no argument I guess.

I am not a homoepath, and I have no intention of getting into an argument on the subject because I am no expert. All I can tell you is I have used homeopathic remedies on my family for many years, my kids now use it for their children. I've found it to be incredibly effective.

Everyone seems very quick to trash homeopathy, not from their own experience but based on what they've read in the media.
