It’s quite simple shares are are a part of his renumeration, I am sure he is wanting to keep as many as possible but life is now and he is not 20 so perhaps just wants to cash a few and enjoy the moment.
You can’t take it with you.
Now if he was selling a massive amount it certainly would be a concern, but not a huge amount have been sold.
