Hello All,
Problem is the Tasmanian Devils immune system doesn't recognise the facial tumours. So , mTOR inhibition works on slowing the cancer system by increasing CD8+ ( killer immune cells), MPL needs a target to work on on a sequential basis. If given it could increase their immune system but to no avail.
