Its frustrating Kens, its like selling a used car.

Run an ad and and the phone rings expressing interest. They come and drive it, look at it and like many things, point out a few issues, the car is in very good nick, well looked after and well maintained, even improved, but they wont stump up the asking price. So you add some changes and then re advertise.

More interest, more test drives, statements of what they like but they wont stump up the asking price. And so on and so on.But you wont sell the car at a low or insulting price. You know it is good and has a lot to offer.

So it sits in the garage for a while. After such a long time trying to sell the car it has become a vintage car. It becomes more valuable. And despite its few issues the many good things appear to be much more beneficial. There are many who want the car now.

And finally, someone stumps up the cash, even more than you originally wanted, and it is done!

If a car is unique, functional, has been well looked after, improved and drives well in many different conditions, it may take about 20yrs for people to realise how good the car really is and what it can do for them.
