Are you saying that AHX and its party spent 20 months of efforts and resources to get EPA approval, and now "in the process of of receiving final US states approval" just for the fun of doing it? Do you think they'll not try to sell it to their customers through their 10,000 outlets?
The announcement also stated "expected to be launched in market from January 2022".
Are you saying the AHX announcement was lying, and they've no plan to launch to product?
