The last financial report from the company was June 2019.

They have not produced a 2019 full report (their financial year ends December 31st).

They have also not produced a half yearly report for June 2020.

I am happy to hear that ASIC have got involved. This BS about coronavirus making site visits hard is not a valid excuse.

I suggest that if you have concerns you report the company to ASIC. They have a history of bad financial reporting and I don't trust them an inch.
