I can't see AB1 listing in the next year, not with any decent exchange. You need to have your accounts in order and meet financial requirements and demonstrate being a 'good' company.

So far they have breached many aspects of the Corp Act including not providing financial reports and holding an AGM.

No exchange of any note is going to touch AB1.

I hold a fairly decent whack and have resigned myself to accepting that this may never relist.
