The tasks of continuing with the development of the tech side of the business should be able to be done, while also meeting business reporting obligations. There is no reason why the two should be mutually exclusive.

What I don't understand is, on the 5 March last year they appointed John Madden as Acting Chief Financial Officer, with the intention of bringing the financial reporting, and the like, up to scratch.

So what's he been doing for the past 12 months ??
