About the location it does not matter,the company can and probally should be run as a "virtual "company .A lot of teleconferencing ,less travel,and strong selling representiteves ain North America, Asia/Australia and Europe.

Also it is interesting that on the website from TZL ,under ASX announcements the company does not supply all announcements ,today for instance they had only the Anixter ,Bae announcement,also the ASX announcements from 11 june and may 18 are not there

I do strongly believe in Bouris and his mates ,and if they take over the company it should be operating normally in no time and they could be selling much more than accomplished
