ANL-Disclosure is everything

Got wind of a complaint from Amani's partner in DRC and lawsuits (see below Summary). No wonder a 4 million ounce property and high grade project is not reflecting on share price at the current gold price....it is all about the promoters and proper disclosure.......

Summary
• Announcement dated 23 June 2020 containing misleading information about the Gada Project ownership in the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”)
• Lack and incomplete disclosure to Amani Gold's shareholders and investors of the status of your ownership/interests in the Gada Project
• Non-disclosure of the status of the pending law suits initiated by Bon Genie Mining ("Bon Genie") in front of courts in DRC
• Torturous interference in Bon Genie legal right in the Gada Project • Suspicion of corrupt practices with officials of the state own company SOKIMO
• Illegal uses of proprietary and confidential information belonging to Bon Genie • Request to retract without prejudice all information in respect of the Gada Project by a regulatory announcement on ASX in which a full disclosure of the status of the licence is disclosed
