ANL-Disclosure is everything, page-2

I just saw the *nothing to disclosed" statement from ANL on the basis of the Corporation Act. This is a interesting approach to disclosure. Let just remind this management team of the ASX listing rules 3.1. Here are the guidance notes:

Listing Rule 3.1 requires an entity to disclose information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities”. This type of information is referred to int his Guidance Note as “market sensitive information.

So I am assuming that investors/shareholders are not reasonable enough and we do not expect that announcing that ANL is being sued for one of its material asset and canot carry on with his exploration program that he is raising money on is not market sensitive information.
