    Ok.. missed that..

    If ANL have 4.5m oz ( own 55% ) = 2.5m oz

    So if we do some maths.. that's 62.5% of the resource of CDV..

    Sp 62.5% of the current MC of CDV = 130m

    So adding in the new shares to be issued ( 1257m + 500m ) that would still equate to SP ( comparative )

    of 7.39 c
