If you are concerned about the security of future payments of the 3.2c distribution per ANMNA, perhaps you should send a similar letter to The Treasurer, The Premier and/or other members of Qld. Parliament.

Would you please confirm or otherwise that the State of Queensland funded distributions to the holders of Australian Magnesium Distribution Entitled Securities (DES), due on the following dates 23 November 2003, 23 May & 23 November 2004, are guaranteed by the Queensland Government in the hands of the DES holders, no matter what events take place in the future of Australian Magnesium Corporation and its Stanwell Project.
