It's not really good news, I'll admit that, however, the QLD Goverment is not backing out its commitment to DES share holders.
It's just trying to protect itself before they end up paying $100 Mil. They want to be certain that everything is done before they are liable to DES shareholders.
Well, at least you guys bought ANMNA, imagine the idiots who bought ANM they will be lucky to get back anything.
At the very least, there is still hope! while talks continue..I would be a Dam shame if it folded..
