    Any QC, properly briefed, and paid, may successfully argue that Black is in fact White

    1 we have paid enough $$ for drilling to commence on lots that are not encumbered by the JV

    2 Get on with it

    3 We need results from our employees, not fluff and waffle, or time for a change
