To those who assume that this is litigation, it IS NOT, it is simply complying with the probable requirements contained within the JVA.
The parties will probably move towards mediation over the next few weeks.
Yes it will delay things, yes it may end up with ROG not being a JV partner, and it may all sort itself out with PXA (BG) providing even more funding, time will tell.
It is positive in my mind, conflict is good if it resolves a problem between parties, conflict does not have to be violent or aggressive, but a resolution of an impasse between parties
