i believe rog can come in on a permit by permit basis on option .i am not certain but i think well no.s 4 and 5 of this program (if they are not in epa130 but still in pedirka basin) rog can actually be involved in drilling in the first round . ie.. maybe around march 2010 or even earlier it depends on the time it takes to drill the first three . this is speculation and guesswork but seems to fit in with all the statements made by rg and quoted on that other thread . the first three wells are to be financed by the pxa/gsg jv so that leaves rog free to come in for the others (maybe) . also i am assuming rog can come to the jv party .
