I guess this is WHY the MC is not as per so many of the non holders' liking :

" are considered highly prospective for cobalt and with the capability to be advanced rapidly towards production"

they are looking for a Co project that can be commercialized ASAP... that is the key word here... so they may have a few options on the table with some YET to be drilled, some already having old drill results OR some already having some artisinal drilling happening there.. maybe they are trying to get their hands on a small producer but having some really highly prospective lease/s... that could justify this mad MC for sure
