    The problem I see for Apollo is their pit shape they have shown,it is right up to the tenement boundary and they can't do that, as far as I am aware,they need to build a bund at least 50m from the pit edge.The other problem is that they won't be able to drill from the north or east outside the pit because BNR are unlikely to give access for drilling.Given the MC of BNR is a tiny $3.7M it will be far more likely that AOP (with its $57M MC) buy the sizeable BNR tenements next door and have all their problems go away.The question then is what price might BNR want ....You'd have to think that BNR could be conducive to a sale for around $3M or $4M.
