    5% fee and 15% discount to raise cash instead of selling shares - hope there was more depth of reason here.

    Now no 7.1 to bring a project in etc. Will mean more waiting.

    Seriously could have sold some stock, hired two guns and got them to find and acquire something in this time.

    If one shareholder they will be substaintial so we will see soon.
