I suspect there might have been quite a few fence-sitters or folks looking to flip as well. The volume speaks to that. Feel like it's too early to tell on a rerate - could just as easily retrace as flippers fold out their positions. # of sellers has doubled today but nearly all consistently listing higher prices. So perhaps some sentiment shift towards greed.
