I was one of those people who didn't know about AL3 until I saw the ad. At the time I posted about it saying I didn't like those kinds of ads, particularly when they make big claims and it was a red flag against management.
But then I went back and had a look at the announcements and saw none of those big claims in investor presentations, just a steady stream of contracts and good growth. I also liked that the CEO was not paid excessively as sometimes happens in these small tech companies that have potential. The price didn't seem excessive, so I dipped my toes in after the announcement yesterday. I wasn't really expecting to be up 25% by today, but sometimes you just get lucky.
