No options being offered under this rights issue, unlike with the earlier placement at the same price (2c/ord). There was previous reference to the party taking up any shortfall receiving options but this has not been repeated in this announcement.
The big boys have managed to get better terms than the rest of us.
May as well buy on market under 2c instead of participating. The company will not be any worse off by so doing.
