Well the theory is in place for "RescART" (Reservoir cART - cute name I thought - lol). If they have the problem of needing to withdraw BIT225 to see if the mRNA regains detectable levels that will be a major victory.
I'm not sure I understand the full underlying purpose of the treatment naive study. Is there the possibility that being treatment naive could allow reservoir clearance with initial cART? I.e. does cART gradually lose some of its impact over time, meaning the BIT combo could have more oomph? Anybody know?
