Why I bought NRZ, primarily 4 reasons:
* This is national project supported by the state government of SA
* No gimmicks, the NPV is based of future index price, with current market price of urea this could almost double the NPV
* Off take agreement is already signed 500, 000 and further off take is in pipeline
* The product is targeted at export where Australian product will have much higher acceptance due to quality appreciation
* Diversifying my portfolio as everything, is linked these days with Lithium or energy sector
