Think this will finish strong today , 6-12 months time 20 cents will look very very cheap , why miss out now over a few cents . Todays announcements derisked this project and is of national and international importance that state and federal grants will be a given . 1.5b HUGE . Market is lagging but when it catches up this will rocket .
