Basically this is a cap raise for special mates of the company with a free option bonus. The reward for the pesants is zero so if your a long term holder bad luck. This type of behaviour is rampant on the ASX and may be a contributing factor in the significant SP declines of many asx listed junior explorers. So the only remaining question is will they use the cash wisely and make a worthwhile discovery?
