Probably the only reason they are doing a CR now is if the ASIC was to investigate Andrew Bray through L11 Capital who Andrew Bray is sole director for buying 20,000,000 STK shares from GML for only 4.2 cents only a month or two before STK shares took off to now 11 cents each is GML needed the money as their excuse. GML did have $1.4m in the bank at the time. Maybe a get out of jail free card literally for Andrew Bray.
